Chef Roy

Roy has worked with us on numerous occasions and is much loved by all of our guests. He uses local and organic ingredients, many of which are foraged from the surrounding area, to create unforgettable dining experiences.

Beautiful surroundings with our 7 course menu being served under a teepee. The food served by Chef Roy was superb. Every course was just perfect.
